How We Pack & Ship
Step 1
Packing your products at our warehouse.
Before goods deliver from warehouse, our staffs will pack them with Opp bags and reinforced paper carton carefully to prevent breakage.
Step 2
Domestic and Foreign Transportation
Goods will be delivered from factory to the port or named point by the national transport. Then they will go into the international transportation process by sea, land, air or express.
Step 3
Customs Clearance and Unloading
Arrived at the destination country in a few days later, your products will waiting for the custom clearance and unloading from transportation (ship or plane).
Step 4
Last Mile Delivery to Destination
Goods will be delivered to your house by the international express corporation, such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT or some other local express companies.

Yes, but we can only provide the “e-proof” for Series DX”.For other series, we can provide you with the ichnography.
You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once the design preview is confirmed by you and the payment is received by us, we can no longer accept a cancellation.
Typically in our industry you are charged for any ‘overruns’ – we don’t! We charge you only for what you ordered. In the unlikely event we ship fewer than ordered, you’ll be charged only for what you received.
